Abstract

The master thesis deals with the analysis of the development of key legislative regulations that fundamentally influence the operation of road freight transport. The introductory section provides a basic overview to facilitate understanding and become familiar with the issue. The practical part then focuses on the characterization of the company and presents a detailed analysis divided into several identified areas. These individual sections are systematically structured into a part describing the current state, anticipated developments, and a part addressing the risks that these developments may pose to the company. Based on the identified risks, appropriate measures are proposed for each area according to their degree of severity, with the aim of ensuring higher efficiency and supporting long-term prosperity.
