Abstract
The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of an educational model of the brake system. In the first part, the brake systems in cars are theoretically analyzed. Braking distance and braking time calculations. Friction brakes, which include disc and drum brakes, further components of the brake system such as ABS are discussed here. The second part deals with the creation of educational model. A detailed procedure is described here, including photographic documentation. The last part deals with what the educational model is intended for and what can be seen on it.
