Racionalizace kontroly břitových destiček

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou racionalizace procesu kontroly břitových destiček. Primárním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat stávající stav procesu kontroly a následně navrhnout racionalizaci tohoto procesu. Pro racionalizaci procesu kontroly, jsem vybral souřadnicový měřicí přístroj Werth Videocheck od Německé firmy Werth Messtechnik GmbH. Práce obsahuje nejprve teoretickou část, seznámení se s problematikou břitových destiček a se stávajícím stavem procesu kontroly. V druhá část práce se zabývám navrhovanou racionalizací a samotným praktickým měřením břitových destiček. Všechna naměření data jsem následně statisticky vyhodnotil a vyvodil z nich závěry a možná zlepšení.

This bachelor's thesis deals with a phenomenon of rationalisation of the cutting inserts examination process. The primary goal was to analyse the contemporary state of the examination process and afterwards suggest a rationalisation of this process. For the rationalisation of the process of examination I chose a coordinate measuring machine Werth Videocheck made by German company Werth Messtechnik GmbH. The theoretical part provides a familiarisation with the phenomenon of cutting inserts and the process of their current examination. The second part deals with a suggested rationalisation and the practical measurement of cutting inserts itself. All the results of measuring are afterwards evaluated, and from them the conclusion and possible improvements are deduced.
