This Thesis deals with the Design of Equipment for Emergency Discharge of Coal Dust from Storage Tanks. The thesis consists of theoretical and calculated parts. Theoretical part
is focused on the description of technology Heating Plant Karviná and an overview
of possible options for monitoring reservoirs of coal dust.
In the calculated part are performed calculations of the balance of mill circuit
and calculations of consumption of coal dust. Part of the calculation is a design technical solution for adjustments storage tanks of coal dust, design type and number of pumps.
In conclusion, the technical - economic evaluation of the benefits of reconstruction is performed.
