Abstract
Bachelor This thesis deals with the assessment of competitiveness of product portfolio Poski.com. Beginning of this thesis is devoted to introducting the Poski.com company and their product portfolio. It also determines the theoretical basis for the analysis of competitiveness. Based on the theory analysis methods are then applied to specific products. The evaluation analysis is consequently followed by the assesement of competitiveness of the products and the outcome also outlines/identifies areas for improvement.
