Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and subsequently introduce certain factors influencing the price of walnuts on the domestic Czech market. The prerequisites for a proper pricing decision, a pricing strategy, are certainly very important for any exchange business. Companies should also take into account flexibility in changing market conditions. For these purposes, it is relevant to know the criteria affecting the final price of the product, in this case walnut. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic information concerning the analyzed commodity, standards and other requirements for distribution. The theoretical prerequisites for pricing, setting the right pricing strategy are also mentioned. The practical part outlines the method of data collection for qualitative research, on the basis of which the various factors influencing the price of walnut are presented and analyzed. In conclusion part, the contribution of research and summary of all theoretical and practical knowledge are provided.
