Implementace systému 5S ve výrobní organizaci

Abstract

Metoda dobrého hospodaření má své kořeny v Japonsku. Často bývá aplikována současně s principy neustálého zlepšování Kaizen. Název metody (5S) vychází z počátečních písmen pěti slov označujících hlavní kroky. Metoda 5S je orientována na pořádek, čistotu, organizaci a systém na pracovišti. Vzhledem k tomu je možnost jejího uplatnění velmi univerzální. Systém metody 5S je často také využíván jako základní princip filosofie štíhlé výroby. Systém dobrého hospodaření chápe pořádek, čistotu a disciplínu jako hlavní prvky nutné pro dlouhodobý úspěch výrobní organizace. V tomto duchu se také snaží měnit myšlení a postoje pracovníků. Cílem této práce bylo posoudit možnost implementace metody 5S ve společnosti FERROMORAVIA, s.r.o. Dále pak stanovit na základě provedeného průzkumu možný postup zavedení.

The method of good management has its roots in Japan. It is often used together with the Kaizen principles of continuous improvement. The name of the method (5S) is based on the initial letters of five words identifying the main steps. 5S method is focused on order, cleanliness, organization and system in the workplace, which means the possibility of its application is very universal. The system of 5S method is often used as a basic principle of the lean manufacturing philosophy. The system of good management understands order, cleanliness and discipline as the main elements necessary for long-term success of a production organization. In this spirit, is has also been trying to change the thinking and attitudes of workers. The aim of this work was to assess the possibility of implementing the 5S methods in FERROMORAVIA, s.r.o. company and, based on the performed survey, to define the potential implementation procedure.
