Návrh nové technologie výroby koncovky kabelu ve firmě TAJMAC - ZPS, a.s. Zlín

Abstract

My diploma thesis proposes and deals with a new technology for manufacturing a cable termination in TAJMAC-ZPS, a.s. Zlín company. This cable termination serves as a connector for welding machines. In the beginning of the thesis I divide turning machines with a special focus on multi-spindle machines. This section is followed by a proposal of a new production technology for a cam and numerically controlled multi-spindle turning machine. Each multi-spindle machine is supplemented with a list of most suitable types of machinery, tools, cutting parameters and production times. NC for the numerically controlled multi-spindle machine was created in TMis programme. Finally, the most appropriate technology was selected and on the basis of calculated values cam and numerically controlled multi-spindle turning machines are compared from the technical-economic standpoint.
