Návrh pohonu kuželového drtiče

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem pohonu kuželového drtiče. V úvodu jsou shrnuty poznatky o drcení a základní informace o kuželových drtičích. Podrobněji jsou popsány části pohonu kuželových drtičů, jejich druhy včetně porovnání výhod a nevýhod. Následuje návrh možností uložení drtiče a pohonu drtiče s vyhodnocením nejvhodnější varianty. U nejvhodnější varianty zařízení jsou provedeny potřebné výpočty pro dvě varianty kuželového drtiče. Konečný návrh zařízení je zdokumentován ve výkresové příloze.

The bachelor thesis deals with the cone crusher drive design. The introduction summarizes knowledge of crushing and basic information about cone crushers. The drive parts of cone crushers, their types are described in more detail including a comparison of advantages and disadvantages. Possibilities of seating options of the crusher and crusher drive with the evaluation of the most suitable variant follow. With the most suitable variant of the device, necessary calculations are performed for two types of the cone crusher. The final design of the device is documented in the drawing appendix.
