Abstract
The dissertation deals with increasing bearing capacity of the cogwheel of the gearbox for industry. The main purpose is detection which geometric parameters of gearing have influence on increasing bearing capacity.
There exist many possibilities of increasing bearing capacity of the cogwheel. The strenght enumeration of the gearing is done with the selected suggestion of solution. The next step is comparison of standard and non standard the cogwheel of industr. The comparison was made also for the selected cogwheel of industry. The geometry of gearing has influence of the increasing bearing capacity, e.g. the suitable corrective factor, the bevel gearing, the factor of mesh profile ε_α≥2, the width of gearing etc. In the next section I present e.g. the basic disorders of cogwheel or the most common tests for the cogwheel. The theoretical premises were asubsequently verified by the practical tests in the laboratory. This dissertation describe the preparation of laboratory tests for the individual cogwheel of industry.
The detection of bearing capacity of cogwheel can be done by the enumeration of the time of used (the strenght enumerations e.g. by ČSN, ISO or MKP). Or the train of gears can be compared by experiment. In this dissertation I describe the tests which are commonly used for the cogwheel. The experimental measurements were made on the selected cogwheel and described test on which this cogwheel were tested. Then the evaluation of the results of the work and defined practice recommendations were made.
