Analýza současného způsobu znehodnocování zbraní

Abstract

The thesis analysis mainly the current ways of deactivation but as well destruction and production of weapons´ cuts. There is a research of valid legislation concerning this issue and an evaluation its adequacy referring to the view of possibility to reuse of deactivated weapons into an action. There are as well suggestions for an adjustment of legislation and rules towards the optimisation of methods concerning the deactivation of weapons. These methods are divided into two levels – legal (for example a suggestion of an adjustment of statutory provision) and technological (a suggestion of suitable technologies used for weapons´ deactivation). All suggested modifications were first of all made with regard to improvement of safety (particularly due to the increasing level of technological equipment of workshops) but as well take into account the economic and others interests. Beyond this the thesis deals with the way of weapons´ deactivation made in SŠ-COPt Uherský Brod. At the end there is an appropriate technological procedure for deactivation of individual pistol, centerfire rifles and shotgun.
