Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the topic "Evaluation of the Competitiveness of a Engineering company". The theoretical part explains the concepts of enterprise and business, competition, competitiveness, competitive advantage and methods of measuring competitiveness. The practical part will introduce the company and describe what it deals with. Then the methods and procedures that were mentioned in the theoretical part of the diploma thesis will be applied to the company. The conclusion of the diploma thesis presents the results and suggestions for possible solutions to maintain the competitiveness of the company.
