dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem "Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti strojírenského podniku". Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy podnik a podnikání, konkurenci, konkurenceschopnost, konkurenční výhodu a metody měření konkurenceschopnosti. V praktické části bude představen podnik a bude popsáno, čím se zabývá. Poté budou na společnost aplikovány metody a postupy, které byly uvedeny v teoretické části diplomové práce. Závěr diplomové práce prezentuje výsledky a návrhy možných řešení pro udržení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.cs
dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the topic "Evaluation of the Competitiveness of a Engineering company". The theoretical part explains the concepts of enterprise and business, competition, competitiveness, competitive advantage and methods of measuring competitiveness. The practical part will introduce the company and describe what it deals with. Then the methods and procedures that were mentioned in the theoretical part of the diploma thesis will be applied to the company. The conclusion of the diploma thesis presents the results and suggestions for possible solutions to maintain the competitiveness of the company.en
