Vliv technologie vlečného omílání na trvanlivost VBD

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem technologie vlečného omílání na trvanlivosti VBD povlakovaných PVD povlakem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsou uvedeny informace týkající se výroby slinutých karbidů a dále informace o integritě povrchu a zaoblení řezné hrany nástroje. Praktická část popisuje proces samotného vlečného omílání, měření drsnosti povrchu nástroje a testování trvanlivosti. V závěru je rozebráno celkové zhodnocení a srovnání s předchozí zkouškou, kvůli které vznikla tato diplomová práce.

The master’s thesis deals with influence of drag finishing on inserts durability coated with PWD coats. The thesis is divide into the theoretical and practical part. The first part includes the information about production of a cemented carbide, as well as information about the surface integrity and cutting edge radius of the tool. The practical part describe the process of drag finishing, roughness measuring of the tool surface and durability testing. The technical evaluation together with the comparison of the previous test, reason for this thesis, are described in the conclusion of the thesis.
