Návrh ozubení převodovky osobního automobilu z hlediska měrných skluzů

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the geometry design of the passenger car gearbox from a specific sliding standpoint. The introductory section contains division of automotive gearboxes, theoretical analysis of the influence of individual geometrical parameters on the specific sliding size. In the next part of the document is made a complete calculation and are listed theoretical values of bending stress and contact stress in typical passenger car gearbox. These calculations are followed by the design of a new gear geometry.
