Multifunkční upínací systém

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the design of a multifunctional clamping device, which must, in addition to clamping on the pipe, also allow the setting of the machining device and the hardness tester by means of electromagnets, where the hardness tester muse have controlled movement in two axes by using positioning tables. The introduction is devoted to the issue of measuring the hardness of the material and the possibilities of clamping components. In the next part, based on the requirements, the multifunctional clamping device was designed, which was lightened as part of the requirement to minimize weight. FEM (Finite elements method) software and topological optimization functions were used for lightening, based on which lightening adjustments were subsequently made. Lastly, the critical parts of the equipment were strength-checked both analytically and with the help of FEM software and result were compared.
