Návrh monitoringu stability spalování pro výrobní bloky v Elektrárně Dětmarovice

Abstract

The thesis concerns adjustment of the automatic flame stability monitoring in the boiler of 650 t/h at Dětmarovice Power Station block. The introduction contains a description of the boiler technology and monitoring of combustion. Thereinafter a software for algorithms and logical bindings changes in the automatic gas stabilization burners start up operating system has been addressed to. A new way of combustion stability sensors cooling is proposed here containing calculation of cooling air consumption and a new low air pressure route (including blowers) is designed. In the end of the thesis there are a technical and economical evaluation of modifications designed above and a calculation of energy intensity of both ways to cool the sensors.
