Dopad nové EASA normy letového zatížení posádek na provoz evropských leteckých dopravců

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate how new EASA Flight Duty Limitation regulation affects European airliners. The first part focuses on history of regulations considering flight duty limitation in the Europe. There is a description of Subpart Q (EU 965/2013), subsequent EASA FTL regulation and their comparison in the next section. Following prat compares EASA FTL not just with American flight duty limitation regulation issued by FAA but even with regulations of managing duty time in other branches of transportation. The result is evaluation of operational changes that airliners must comply due to the new regulation.
