The Master thesis is dealing with system of a maintenance for welding device. In the theoretical part is described the general issue of a maintenance and explained the process of a resistance welding. The next section explains the structure of a welding device and its maintenance. The practical part is dealing with the evaluation of the current state of resistance welding at Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc. Based on the analysis there has been proposed a shortening of the maintenance interval of the machine. The extending of the interval was implemented into the company’s internal guideline. In the next chapter, the practical part are evaluated the benefits of the new resistance welding technology.
