Abstract
My thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with heat resistant steels, of which mainly steel P92, which is used to manufacture high components for the power industry. For this steel is described the basic parameters of mechanical and chemical properties, and changes in the mechanical properties when used at elevated temperatures and pressures. The analysis of high-temperature heat treatment of steel, a description of the welding methods used in the practical part, the design parameters and the technology chosen for the test welds. The second part is the actual experiment, which consists of a proposal for joint preparation, welding technology, design and choice of filler material. After welding on experimental plates with a thickness of 8 mm there were designed destructive and non-destructive testing, including evaluation of their results. Individual tests were performed and evaluated according to applicable standards.
