Abstract

JEŽEK, Dominik. Analysis of Noise in Selected Scanners. Ostrava, 2024. Diploma thesis. Ostrava: VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The diploma thesis deals with noise analysis of selected non-contact scanners. In the introduction, the current state of the issue is discussed, applications of 3D scanners, principles of 3D scanning, overviews of certain non-contact scanning devices, scanning methods are described, and measurement errors and uncertainties are discussed here. In the final experimental part, the measurement noise analysis of the individual used scanning devices is performed, the geometric deviations of the end gauge are evaluated, and the results of the individual used scanning devices and the impact of postprocessing on the measurement results are evaluated.
