Numerická simulace svařování technologii GMAW

Abstract

This graduation thesis investigates the numerical simulation of welding by GMAW technology and numerical simulation of heat treatment.The introduction describes the issue of GMAW welding technology and welding problems of numerical simulation using the Sysweld program. In the experimental part there were designed some numerical models for the welding process as well as for the heat treatment process. In these models have been numerically simulated the above mentioned technological processes. Through the numerical simulations have been found the sizes of temperature fields and residual stresses, hardness and states of the structures after the specific process. In the final part of this work is carried out a discussion about the obtained results. There were also made some suggestions for the adjustments of technological processes to ensure favorable results.
