Abstract
This thesis is deal with problems of purchased orders segment in company ELVAC AUTOMATION Ltd. In the first part of this thesis are given information about the company, the services pursued in the company ELVAC AUTOMATION Ltd. and their classification into groups according to type of service are described further. Then performed analysis and on its basis are found sector, where the company can effectively use its own resource. There is an overall assessment in the end of this thesis.
