Optimalizace výroby palivových nádrží

Abstract

Bachelor Thesis is dealing with optimization of production of fuel tanks in the company VOP CZ. In the introduction part is described tanks purpose, its parameters, manufacturing specifications and requirements. In the bachelor thesis I am dealing with complete manufacturing process, influence analysis of particular production steps with target to reach optimal production cycle times by using fixtures and templates, removal of imperfections and repetitive faults. Result of this bachelor thesis is production analysis and reflecting economical actions into the calculation, therefore to final price of complete product.
