Návrh obnovy parku silničních vozidel vybrané firmy

Abstract

The Bachelor’s work deals with setting the optimal time for discarding vehicles of chosen company. This work focuses on 80 randomly selected buses of various kinds making up the Dopravní podnik Ostrava company’s fleet from Hranečník. In the beginning I will briefly describe individual kinds of vehicles (constructional groups) and determine their age. Further I mention the required procedure in order to set the optimal time for discarding vehicles (for this I will use the method of exponential trends) and its further development with the help of z-stats on time interval. The calculated time will help me set which vehicle needs to be discarded, the time of its discarding and the replacement with the new ones. Along with that I put forward new vehicles and mention the potential costs of such fleet’s renewal.
