Efektivita systému interní komunikace ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřuji na zjištění úrovně efektivity vnitrofiremní komunikace pomocí dotazníkového průzkumu. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku interní komunikace, její efektivní fungování, možné problémy v komunikaci a způsoby jejího zlepšování. Dále se zaměřuji na charakteristiku empirického průzkumu, jeho etapy a podrobný popis techniky dotazování. V praktické části zjišťuji současný stav interní komunikace v konkrétní firmě. Navrhla jsem dotazník, který hodnotí sestupnou a vzestupnou firemní komunikaci. Ze získaných informací jsem po analyzování a vyhodnocení výsledků zjistila určité problémové oblasti ve sdělování informací. Na tyto místa jsem se zaměřila při navržení doporučení, která pomohou k lepšímu a efektivnějšímu systému komunikace uvnitř firmy.

In my diploma thesis I focus on examine the level of effectiveness of internal communication through a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part describes the problem of internal communication, its effective functioning, possible problems in communication and ways of improvement. Then I focus on the characteristics of empirical research, its stage and a detailed description of the interrogation techniques. In the practical part I find the current status of internal communications in a particular company. I designed a questionnaire that evaluates the downward and upward communication. From information obtained I found, after analyzing and evaluating the results revealed some problem areas in communication. At these places, I focused on suggestion recommendations that will help to better and more efficient system on internal communication.
