Návrhy v oblasti výroby forem pro vstřikování plastů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací výroby forem na vybraném pracovišti. V teoretické části jsou popsány technologie vstřikování plastů a princip fungování forem. V praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu firmy, jež se týká zaměstnanců, klíčových zákazníků, vyráběných forem a postupu jejich výroby. V rámci řešení byla použita metoda časových snímků pracovního dne. Na základě vyhodnocení časových snímků byly identifikovány nedostatky v oblasti vytížení strojů používaných k výrobě forem. Byly navrženy tři možnosti řešení identifikovaných problémů.

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of mould production at a selected workplace. The theoretical part describes the technology of plastic injection moulding and the principle of mould operation. In the practical part, the analysis of the current state of the company is made, which concerns employees, key customers, the moulds produced and their production process. Within the framework of the solution, the method of time snapshots of the working day was used. Based on the evaluation of the time snapshots, deficiencies in the use of the machines used to produce the moulds were identified. Three options were proposed to address the identified problems.
