Rozvoj zaměstnanců ve společnosti Biocel Paskov a.s.

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is employee development in selected companies. The aim was to determine whether the current system of employee development meets the needs of the organization, employees and based on the findings suggest recommendations to improve the level of education. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, which is based on the literature, describes a systematic learning cycle and its individual components. The practical part consists of introduction of Biocel Paskov a.s., in which the analysis took place and acquaintance with the education system. Charts with commentaries show the results of questionnaire-based survey. Based on the data evaluation, I proposed recommendations that could lead to a higher level of education in the company Biocel Paskov.
