Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with measuring customer satisfaction with retail outlets. The theoretical part was assembled on the basis of measurement of customer satisfaction and detail issues. Next the company was characterized. In the practical part was planned and carried out marketing research on measuring customer satisfaction. The sample of respondents consisted of a total of 163 customers. The written questioning was chosen to determine the satisfaction. The results revealed a relatively high level of satisfaction with chosen factors. But it is desirable to satisfaction of certain factors increase. It is an internal and external appearance of shop, quality fruits and vegetables, the promotion of company products and websites.
