Možnosti snižování nákladů na nekvalitu ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů na kvalitu ve výrobním podniku PWO CZ. V úvodní části jsou vymezena teoretická východiska. Jsou zde definovány základní informace týkající se kvality, managementu kvality a nákladů na kvalitu. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis systému řízení kvality a analýzu veškerých nákladů na kvalitu podniku. Na základě analýzy jsou řešeny pouze náklady na interní a externí vady a nejnákladovější projekty. V závěrečné části diplomové práce je podniku vyřešena opakovaná reklamace, která zajistí současnou i budoucí úsporu nákladů na nekvalitu.

This thesis is focused on quality costs of manufacturing company PWO CZ. The theoretical models are defined in the first part of the work. The basic information about quality, quality management and quality costs are presented as well. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a description of a quality management system of the company and analysis of their quality costs. Further, based on the analysis, there are solved only the cost of internal and external defects and most costly projects. In the final part of the thesis there is solved the repeated complaint in the company to ensure the savings of present and future quality cost.
