Návrh osazení klimatizace oddílu cestujících v modernizovaném motorovém voze řady 814

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukčního řešení osazení klimatizace oddílu cestujících v modernizovaném motorovém voze řady 814. V úvodu jsou popsány základní informace o voze 814. Na základě těchto informací a počítačového modelu vozu 814 jsou navrženy úpravy stávající konstrukce vozu a technologie výroby nových dílů. Dále jsou navrženy nové, zesílené díly konstrukce, které jsou doplněny o svarové spoje. Jednotlivé díly jsou pak staticky ověřovány prostřednictvím počítačové simulace. V závěru práce je rozbor navrhovaných úprav zabývající se především analýzou nárůstu hmotnosti a shrnutím dalších úprav potřebných k úspěšnému dokončení osazení klimatizace.

Bachelor thesis is dealing with air conditioning installation design to the modernized trainset 814. The introduction describe the basic informations about trainset 814. On the basis of these informations and computer model of trainset 814 there are designed modifications of existing construction of trainset 814 and technology of manufactory of new parts. Next there are designed new stronger parts of the construction which are welded. Each parts are statically tested by computer simulation. In the end of bachelor thesis there is analysis of designed modifications mainly engaged in analysis of the increase of weight and summary of next modifications needed to successfully complete the air conditioning installation.
