Abstract

Vladimír Vrba CSc. Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací měření kruhovitosti na souřadnicovém měřícím stroji, vhodnosti jeho užití a stanovením nejistot měření. V teoretické části je popsána problematika měření kruhovitosti, metod měření, chyb měření a obecně popsán postup stanovení nejistot měření. Následně je zde uvedeno k čemu VT kladky slouží, a kde se používají. V praktické části je popsán postup přípravy na měření a způsob měření dané součástky s vysvětlením problémů, kterých se musíme při měření vyvarovat. Následuje popis realizace měření na měřidlech a v poslední kapitole samotný výpočet nejistot měření a technicko ekonomické zhodnocení.

This thesis is focused on suggestion and implementation of the roundness measuring by coordinate gauge, suitability of gauge usage and evaluation of the uncertainty measuring. There is description of the roundness measuring issue, measurement methodology, deviation of the measurement and general description of the evaluation uncertainty measuring procedure in the theoretical part of thesis. Then you can find there explanation of the VT part usage. There is description of the procedure – preparation of the measurement, way of the measure of the VT with the issue description which must be avoided during the measure. Then follows description of the measure on the gauges and there is final evaluation of the uncertainty measuring with technical and economical evaluation.
