Optimalizace technologie MIG-pájení při výrobě automobilových dílů

Abstract

The bachelor work deals with Optimalizatiion of MIG Soldering for Automotive Production. The introchuctions concerns with some methods of producing non-rewirable bonds and the diferences aimed at MIG Soldering. Next part describes anticorrosive protection of used materials and adequate destructive and non-destructine testing. The experiment part of the work several samples were made with the use of two kinds of soldem. These samples went through destructine testing. On the base of the test results, appropriate measures were suggested. The conclusion of the work contains proposal of optimalization of MIG soldering technology with respect to both economical and quality views.
