Návrh rozmístění ovládacích prvků v kabině řidiče velkostroje

Abstract

Bakalářská práce v první části obsahuje popis dobývacích strojů spolu s jejich rozdělením. Dále se zabývá návrhem rozmístění ovládačů v kabině řidiče velkostroje. Nejdříve je uvedena rešerše ovládání velkostrojů, dále shrnuje požadavky na kabinu řidiče z hlediska norem a ergonomie. V závěru této části je samotný návrh rozmístění ovládačů v kabině. Druhá část se zabývá návrhem odpružení kabiny řidiče. Na začátku je zhodnocení dnešního stavu. Pokračuje návrh odpružení kabiny, nadefinování vstupních parametrů pro výpočet a samotný výpočet pružinového závěsu s jeho popisem.

The first part of the bachelor thesis contains a description of mining machinery, together with its distribution. It also deals with the design layout of the controls in the cab giant machines. First, research of control of giant machines is presented, then it summarizes the requirements for cab drivers in terms of standards and ergonomics. At the end of this section is the actual design layout of the controls in the cab. The second part deals with cab suspension. At the beginning there is assessment of the current state. Suspension cab design follows, defining the input parameters for the calculation and the calculation itself of spring hinge with its description.
