Analýza realizace zakázky směšovacího zařízení

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the implementation of the order of mixing equipment and proposals for the optimization of the entire order process. The work took place in the company STAPAK, spol. s r. o. The first part of the thesis contains the theory and explanation of basic terms such as industry 4.0, digitization, the principle of operation of mixing equipment or ABC analysis. Based on the chosen objectives, the individual parts of the contract were observed and evaluated. Proposals for improvement are developed for identified problems to help the company shorten the overall order process.
