Podniková etika v zamestnaneckých vzťahoch

Abstract

My bachelor work is focused on business ethics in employment relations and the action of unethical behavior in the workplace. In the teoretical part are explained individual bas notions relating to the theme of this bachelor work. Furthermore in teoretical part are situated rights and obligations of employers and employees, as the results from their relationship. In the practical part of bachelor work I am engaged in analysis and evaluation of current situaion in the workplace, in which I examines the action of mobbing via opinion evaluation obtained from the employees through the use of questionnaire.

On the basis of analysis results and followe-up evaluation, I suggested a group of suggestions and recommendations for the detected shortcommings, which should help to prevention of the occurrence and elimination mobbing action in workplace. I hope my work will be a benefit for the company.
