Abstract

These brachelor thesis focuses on train axle. More precisely, fixes problem, that improve production efficiency of train axles. Thisis a train’saxle type 230.At the beginning,describes the formation ofrailway andintroduction to the topic. Thereafter, deals general characteristics train axles, train wheels, type undrecarriage and distribution train wagons. Subsequently, solved time –consuming manipulation with workpiece from one workplace to the second workplace, computer numerical computer machine on which due to the effect a one roller tools not based presser force and axle isn’t rolling according to required extent. Next, described basic technology of production train axles, production process train axles in company Pars nova a.s. and designed way of solving for efficient production of axles.
