dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním strategické analýzy vybraného podniku. V první části práce jsou objasněny teoretické metody a postupy, kterými je prováděna strategická analýza. Aplikační část obsahuje charakteristiku podniku, Analýzu PESTE, Porterův model, analýzu zdrojů a finanční analýzu. Informace zjištěné těmito metodami jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze. Na základě výsledků a zjištěných skutečností byly navrženy možnosti dalšího působení a rozvoje firmy.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis deals with the processing of the strategic analysis of a selected company. In the first part of the work are clarified by the theoretical methods and procedures which it is carried out strategic analysis. The application part contains the characteristics of the enterprise, PEST analysis , Porter's model, analysis of resources and financial analysis. Information detected by these methods are summarized in the SWOT analysis. Based on the results and findings have been proposed options for further action and development of the company.en
