Abstract

The aim of bachelor thesis is analysis of control system of quality during production of cover glasses of headlight which are produced in Hella Autotechnik Nova, Ltd. In the first part of the thesis is described the current state of quality control, its distribution and individual methods. The second part is devoted the issue. Here is given characterization of headlight, its production and individual methods quality control during production of cover glasses of headlight. Further are mentioned the most frequent problems occurred during production of cover glasses of headlight. To main problems will be analysed, namely unsatisfactory 3-Dimension and bad adhesion of the paint. The result of the thesis is suggestion to solve these problems. The thesis is enriched by pictures.
