Návrh alternativního typu materiálu na bázi Al pro výrobu držáku klimatizačního systému při protlačování pásu plechu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal alternative type of material based Aluminum for the production of holder conditioning system. The first chapter deals with the literature search of current knowledge and a detailed analysis of the evolution of severe plastic deformation technology by using DRECE process. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis was performed hardness measurement of the types of materials from the viewpoint of thermal load. The results achieved of material hardness measurements were statistically evaluated from the viewpoint of repeatability. In the next part of the bachelor thesis was performed analysis of the development of the structure of the strip sheet at each temperature conditions. The final part of the bachelor thesis deals with the complex evaluation of the results achieved and comparison with the existing used material.
