Abstract

The Bachelor's thesis is based on a research that was carried out at the VITKOVICE MECHANIKA joint stock company. It is aimed at the production process rationalization. The introductory part deals with evaluation and analysis of the current state in the company. The practical part focuses on comparing the measured times of work, according to the working day plan, with the given directions. The working day plan evaluation brought up deficiencies in both work organization and working time determination. In order to solve the situation it was proposed to take over the database which would fit the company’s needs. In the conclusion, other possible problem solving procedures are suggested.
