Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the structural design overburden crusher located at the tip of wheel boom, the Slicer. At the beginning of the thesis issue process disintegration crushing device analyzed with a list of properties of rocks and a description of some mechanical strength tests of rocks. Further I am daeling with searches crushing equipment used on wheeled excavators in thesis. Subsequently, work continues structural design of the Slicer and based on the proposed parameters of the rotor Slicer basic calculation drive power Slicers is made. To the work is attached as Annex drawing a crusher tooth holder for removable teeth.
