Abstract
The thesis in theoretical part describes issues related to employee remuneration and motivation to influence their work more effective results. Subsequently, these findings are applied to SIGSERVIS company that is dedicated to the sale and repair of pumps. In this company was to upgrade the remuneration system and studied the effect on revenue items and changes in financial remuneration of workers. It also deals with the future development of the company and provides suggestions for improvements.
