Studie vlivů na oteplení brzd automobilu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem analytických výpočtů brzd silničních vozidel na oteplení a následně výpočtem hlavních parametrů oteplení. V první části diplomové práce se nachází stručný popis kolových brzd, kterému následuje hlavní teoretická kapitola, a sice představení několika analytických výpočtů, které souvisejí s oteplením brzd. Ve druhé části diplomová práce přechází do praktické fáze, kde jsou některé teoretické výpočty z první části aplikovány na testované vozidlo a správnost výsledků je ověřena praktickým měřením. Výsledem práce je v samotném závěru vyhodnocení rozdílu teplot, mezi hodnotami analyticky vypočtenými a prakticky naměřenými, pro oteplení třecího povrchu kotoučové brzdy a bubnové brzdy za předem stanovených jízdních režimů.

This Master of thesis deals with the analysis of the analysis of the brakes of road vehicles for warming and subsequently with calculation of the main parameters of warming. In the first part of the thesis there is a brief description of the wheel brakes, followed by the main theoretical chapter, namely the introduction of several analytical calculations related to the warming up of the brakes. In the second part the thesis passes into the practical phase where some theoretical calculations from the first part are applied to the tested vehicle and the accuracy of the results is verified by practical measurements. The result of the work is at the end of the evaluation of temperature difference, between analytically calculated and practically measured values, for the warming of the friction surface of the disc brake and drum brakes under predefined driving modes.
