Návrh zařízení pro automatickou paletizaci krabic

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem automatizovaného paletizačního zařízení. Zadání práce pochází z firmy TEMEX, spol. s r.o. V práci je řešen návrh kompletního paletizačního zařízení včetně segmentů zajišťujících dopravu paletizovaného produktu k zařízení a manipulaci s paletami. Mezi hlavní navržené konstrukční uzly patří, kontinuální výtah, dávkovač palet, dvojitý nůžkový mechanismus a uspořádávací zařízení. Jednotlivé komponenty a pohony jsou výpočtově zkontrolovány, zda vyhovují požadavkům. Výsledkem práce je 3D model navrženého paletizačního zařízení s výkresovou dokumentací.

The master thesis deals with the design of automatic palletizing device. This thesis assignment was given by TEMEX, spol. s r.o company. This thesis focuses on complete palletizing device design including segments ensuring the transport of the palletized product to the device and pallet handling. The main designed structural nodes are continuous elevator, pallet dispenser, double scissor mechanism and arrangement device (securing layout of boxes in layer). The individual components and drives are tested to ensure that they meet all the requirements for application. The result of the thesis is a 3D model of the designed palletizing device with technical drawings.
