Rozbor soustružnických nástrojů s VBD pro aplikaci proměnné hloubky řezu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with increasing productivity of machining by increasing life of cutting tools using a variable depth of cut. The main part of this thesis deals with analysis turning tools with inserts suitable for application of variable depth, the proposal new roughing cycle for machining component making up main production program at the lathe in the Unex a.s. company. The conclusion of the thesis includes recommendations for the experiment measuring wear of cutting back the proposal roughing cycle.
