Hodnocení řezných sil po aplikaci vysokorychlostního frézování

Abstract

The main topic of this diploma thesis deals with the issue of high-speed milling and measuring of forces during this machining process. The theoretical part is focused on the history of high speed machining, its function, requirements, principles and use. Second part is devoted to the results of experiments of machining same materials with similar cutting parameters. The practical part deals with a brief analysis of the machines, tools and components, which are necessary for the measurement of forces which are generated during high speed machining. Experiments were concerned machining of samples from two different steels, which have been milled with different cutting parameters. In the program for evaluation of each force ratio, the maximum value of each individual force were determined. Subsequently, these results were processed and compared. The conclusion of the diploma thesis deals with the final evaluation of the experimental measurement results.
