Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of creating deformation grids, measuring their elements, and subsequently evaluating them. The literature review section describes sheet metal formability tests, various methods of creating deformation grids, forming limit diagrams, and different methods for measuring deformation grids. The following section describes the procedure of deep drawing specimens provided with deformation grids. Subsequently, a procedure for the most comprehensive possible evaluation of the embossed deformation grid is presented. Finally, the thesis provides a comparison of the methods used for creating deformation grids, their measurement, and their subsequent evaluation.
