Studium vlivu drsnosti povrchu substrátu na vlastnosti termického nástřiku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the dependence of the adhesion thermal coating and substrate roughness. The introduction describes the general problem of thermal spray, the current technology used for the coating and the possibility of spray applications in various industries. Based on the recommended reading, experience and available technology is selected substrate surface preparation method and the method for verifying of adhesion thermal barrier coating. Evaluation of samples is carried out in laboratories on the tensile machine. Based on the results is made dependent on the roughness of coating adhesion substrate and determined that roughness is most suitable for thermal spraying.
