Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic "Strategic training and development of employees and its application in the conditions of a particular company". The main aim is to propose measures to increase its performance based on the analysis of the training and development process of employees in a particular company. The thesis is divided into two parts - the first part is focused on the description of the company ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná a.s. and defining the basic concepts of strategic training and development of employees, the second practical part focuses on the analysis of training and development process of employees using the methods as data collection and document study, interview and questionnaire survey among employees, and proposing recommendations for improving the performance of the company.
